TBBG Investments is a Phoenix-based real estate investment platform focused on acquiring, developing, and operating residential assets across the Southwestern United States.

The firm targets opportunities where complexity, capital dislocation, and operational inefficiencies create compelling entry points. By combining institutional-quality underwriting with a hands-on, execution-driven approach, TBBG identifies and unlocks value in situations often inaccessible to larger, less flexible institutional platforms.

TBBG operates as both sponsor and operator, with direct principal involvement across sourcing, execution, and asset management—driving speed, accountability, and disciplined decision-making throughout the investment lifecycle.

With experience spanning multiple market cycles, execution across more than 10,000 multifamily units, and over $100 million in current assets under management, the firm is focused on delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns for its partners.

Andrew Biskind

Founder & Principal, TBBG Investments

Andrew Biskind is the founder and principal of TBBG Investments, where he leads acquisition, development, and asset management across the firm’s portfolio.

He has been directly involved in over 6,000 multifamily units across the Southwestern United States, with experience spanning acquisitions, entitlement, development, and operations.

Prior to founding TBBG, Andrew held roles at Wood Partners, Alliance Residential, The Wolff Company, Avenue North Investments, and Berkadia (f.k.a. Hendrick’s & Partners), where he developed a strong foundation in institutional multifamily real estate investment and execution.

Andrew is a Phoenix native and holds degrees in Business Marketing and Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He is based in Phoenix and remains actively engaged in the local real estate community.

Andrew Busching

Co-Founder & Principal, TBBG Investments

Andrew Busching is a co-founder and principal of TBBG Investments, where he oversees capital structuring, legal execution, and strategic initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience, Andrew brings a unique combination of development, acquisitions, and capital markets expertise, with involvement in more than 3,500 multifamily units across multiple markets.

His background includes extensive experience in real estate law, financing, and equity placement, providing a critical foundation for structuring and executing complex transactions.

Andrew is also a Phoenix native and holds a J.D. from Arizona State University and a degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He is based in Phoenix and remains actively involved in the local real estate community.

Advisory

TBBG selectively provides advisory and strategic support to partners, investors, and property owners in connection with acquisitions, development, and asset-level decision-making.

Drawing on extensive experience across sourcing, underwriting, capital structuring, and execution, the firm offers insight on complex transactions, market positioning, and investment strategy.

Advisory engagements are pursued on a limited basis and typically alongside existing relationships or investment opportunities.
